If you are caught spamming your account will be terminated immediately and you will be charged a $100 administration fee and any other legal fees that may occur. 9. We will notify you if we change the terms & conditions. 10. You may only sign up for one account, also, if any member is caught breaking the terms & conditions their account will be deleted. All credits and referrals that they may have will be forfeited. 11. If you submit a site that breaks our rules you will lose all credits in your account. 12. If you are deleted you will not be eligable to sign up for a new account. 13. If you are caught trying to cheat the system your account will be terminated immediatly and will be charged for any credits that you have stolen plus a $100 administration fee and any other fees for legal action. 14. FREE members : 1 account / 3URL's max allowed 15. 30 days no surf = account or links may happen (FREE members only) Upgarde to not have to surf each month 16. If any member causes any harm or damage or is responsible for International Business Plaza being shut down for any reason you will be charged a $100 administration fee plus any fees involved in getting International Business Plaza up and running again and any legal fees that might accure. |
